Breathe in, Breathe out

Create space to Breathe in & Breath out

Take a Sip

Inhale, Hold, take a sip, Exhale  ~Repeat

SO HUM ("I AM THAT") MANTRA MEDITATION- 5 MINUTES

Close your eyes and take deep, calming breaths. With each inhale, silently repeat "So"; with each exhale, silently repeat "Hum." Keep the mantra gentle and aligned with your breath, without rushing. Find your own rhythm. If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to the breath and mantra. When you're finished, pause, sit quietly, and then open your eyes. Namaste. ~ I got a little zenned out at the end of the meditation. 😊

Sa Ta Na Ma Mantra Meditation- Introduction with a 10 minutes Meditation

"Sa Ta Na Ma" is a powerful Kundalini Yoga mantra symbolizing the natural cycle of life: birth, life, death, and rebirth. Each syllable has profound meaning:

  • Sa: Represents infinity, the cosmos, and the beginning of life.
  • Ta: Signifies life, existence, and the manifestation of energy.
  • Na: Symbolizes death, transformation, and letting go.
  • Ma: Stands for rebirth, renewal, and growth.

In practice, each syllable is paired with a hand gesture:

  • Sa: Thumb touches the index finger.
  • Ta: Thumb touches the middle finger.
  • Na: Thumb touches the ring finger.
  • Ma: Thumb touches the little finger.

These movements align body and mind, grounding the chant in the cycle of life.

Benefits of the practice:

  • Balances the brain, promoting mental clarity.
  • Clears deep-seated emotional patterns.
  • Fosters inner peace, growth, and transformation.

By meditating on "Sa Ta Na Ma," practitioners connect to life's natural rhythms, cultivating mindfulness and renewal. Sat Nam

Sa Ta Na Ma Mantra Meditation- 10 minutes

"Sa Ta Na Ma" – A Kundalini Yoga Mantra

A  powerful chant used in Kundalini Yoga that represents the natural cycle of life, encompassing birth, life, death, and rebirth.

  • Sa: Represents infinity
  • Ta: Signifies life
  • Na: Represents death
  • Ma: Stands for rebirth

When practicing "Sa Ta Na Ma" meditation

  • "Sa" is chanted while touching the thumb to the index finger.
  • "Ta" is chanted while touching the thumb to the middle finger.
  • "Na" is chanted while touching the thumb to the ring finger.
  • "Ma" is chanted while touching the thumb to the little finger.

This hand positioning serves as a physical manifestation of the cycle of life, grounding the chant in both body and mind.

Benefits of the Practice:

  • Balancing the brain: The rhythmic chanting and finger movements help balance the two hemispheres of the brain, promoting clarity and harmony.
  • Clearing the subconscious: The mantra helps release deep-seated emotional patterns, fostering mental and emotional cleansing.
  •  Inner peace and transformation: By focusing on the vibration of the sounds, practitioners experience a sense of calm, while also facilitating personal growth and transformation.

By meditating on the "Sa Ta Na Ma" mantra, practitioners connect deeply with the natural rhythms of life, promoting a state of mindfulness, peace, and renewal. Sat Nam
